"Granny - the Button Hoarder"

'Granny finds a new button to add to her hoard.'

While searching through my button stash to find something suitable for a current project, I thought of my grandmother, who had passed on her hoard of buttons to me. When I was a girl, I thought it was so silly of her to keep jar upon jar, box upon crate of mismatched buttons just so that PERFECT one would be at hand when the need arose....now I understand.

Unicorns!!!

I was in the mood to create a few unicorns last night. I came up with three ACEO's that I really like.

This was the first one I finished.

I created her in watercolor and a little acrylic on cold press.

I canNOT help myself. I have WAY too many ideas in my head and all the time in the world to work them out, so....why not ;)
